“Do you serve alcohol?”

We do not serve alcohol but you may bring your own beer, wine, or cocktails as long as all the members of your party are over 21.

“When does the rental period begin?”

Your event time begins when we pick up the first guest and ends when we drop off the last guest. We suggest one designated pickup and drop-off spot so your event time is not wasted.

“Can we pick up additional passengers along the way?”

We have a policy of not picking up additional passengers during the course of your event.

“How is the gratuity handled?”

Our staff works hard to exceed your expectations. 15% gratuity is standard. Please reward our staff directly for exceptional service beyond 15%.

“Can we smoke?”

All VIP vehicles are non-smoking.

“What about special requests?”

Every event is unique, we welcome your requests for entertainment, catering, and specialty services. Almost anything is possible.

“What is your cancellation policy?”

We are happy to reschedule your event for another date or refund your deposit when you cancel in writing no less than 21 days before your event. Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
